What will you do if the machine can not work during the warranty period?

a) During the warranty period, because of product quality problem, the company is responsible for free maintenance, if need to change parts, we be responsible for free replacement.
b) If the machine problem is not belonging to our machine quality problem, when the buyer needs us send engineers to give repairing service, we charge the appropriate cost; Or, the buyer send machine with problem back to us, our company is responsible for maintenance, we charge the appropriate cost.
