1. The basic parts such as machine base, column, spindle box, cross slide and table are all made of high-intensity lost-foam casting technology. The internal metallographic structure is stable to ensure the high stability of the basic parts. The structure of the casting is analyzed by machine tool dynamics and finite element analysis to make the geometric structure more reasonable, and the proper matching with the ribs ensures the high rigidity of the basic parts. Wide machine base, box-shaped "human" shaped column, widened and extended bed saddle, full load support design, the structure meets the advanced design concept of material mechanics, ensuring heavy load capacity during processing.

3.X/Y/Z adopts Taiwan high-precision high-strength ball screw with Japanese NSK bearing and high-precision imported lock.

The X/Y/Z three-way guide rail adopts hard track design, the fixed surface is treated by ultra-high frequency quenching process and precision grinding; the sliding surface is treated with high-strength wear-resistant material plastic strip. The Y direction greatly increases the rigidity and strength of the machine tool.
